Are there different shipping options?


Yes !!! The options are avaliable at checkout




Do you offer refunds on faulty products?


Yes!!! We do offer refunds on faulty products, but we do require image and/or video proof for a refund.




How do I cancel my order?


Orders cannot be canceled after they are placed.




I ordered multiple items but only received one. Where is the rest of my order?


We work with multiple global partners, so it can happen that your items are shipped separately; this is to speed up delivery. Don’t worry, you will get the items that you ordered or a full refund.




Do you accept orders placed outside of the United States?


We sure do! However, we are not responsible for customs charges. Customs may charge their own fees which are not associated with our shipping cost. They are their own entity and reserve the right to charge as they see fit.

Can I track my order?


We will update you when the order is shipped and when it is succesfully delivered. We also have delivery estimates listed under the product description.
