Return & Refunds Policy of Shop the storm

Do not send the product back to the address on the package, you will not receive a refund.

 

If your product is faulty, you have 14 days since the item was delivered to request a refund through our support email: shopthestormceo@gmail.com 

 

Once we receive image and video proof of item being faulty shopthestorm will then give a full refund.

Please allow 7-30 days for your refund to be processed.

Shopthestorm will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) and/or proof of received delivery and proof that the item is faulty.
